Space Cadet - Gibson Studio. A cozy studio, with an elevated bedroom space and separate bathroom. As is, the apartment is 69 LI, and is C/M, so you can personalize it however you'd like. Seen with tinted walls, and though the kitchen comes with a white tiled texture, I changed it to better match the space. PBR (and includes a reflection probe).
